Coaching at Amari-heal is about being who you are and finding the confidence to make decisions and follow the paths that fit you best. It’s not always easy and sometimes we miss the little habits and limiting beliefs which consistently trip us up and stop us from growing into all that we can be.

Having trained as a professional coach I have noticed that no matter why someone comes to coaching, the deeper issue is often the same – one of accepting who we are and finding confidence in ourselves. We are not perfect, we were never meant to be, but that doesn’t mean we can’t shine. So whatever your goal if you are ready to embrace who you are and find the treasures in being you please get in touch.

What can I expect?

I provide a space for you to express yourself without judgment and find a mirror into yourself. The process helps you learn to trust yourself, live more authentically, and in doing so achieve your goals.  This coaching is for people who are committed to themselves and ready to embrace their true nature as they are.

Sessions typically include exploring meaningful goals; identifying strengths, challenges and priorities; understanding deeper dynamics; managing boundaries and self-care; finding your authentic voice ; reclaiming sovereignty within your life; turning ideas into action;

Sessions may include personality types, strengths based approaches, drivers and habits, meditation and spiritual practices to help us gain insight but the sessions overall are led by you. The role of the coach is to be co-pilot, to facilitate self-understanding and growth through questions, challenges and support, as you learn to know and trust yourself in ever deeper ways.

Coaching is offered online or in person. Sessions are £60

Life too busy? Fed up of the screen? Prefer being outdoors?

I’m happy to have our sessions whilst we walk. Some people do their best thinking whilst they are out in nature and some chat better being alongside another rather than face to face.
